Return Conditions:
✓ Contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
✓ Items must be unused, in original packaging/tags.
✓ Order number required.
✓ No restocking fees.

Shipping Costs:

📩 Customer-paid return: Non-defective items (actual carrier fees via USPS/FedEx by weight).
