Performance exhaust components marked "For Off-Road/Race Use Only" do not comply with U.S. EPA/CARB emissions standards for street vehicles.

  • Installation on public roads may violate federal/state laws.
  • Buyer assumes all compliance responsibilities.

2 years from shipment confirmation date (per order records).

✔ Covered Defects:
✓ Structural flaws (cracks, weld failures)
✓ Manufacturing defects (material flaws, machining errors)
✓ Premature wear under normal operating conditions

❌ Not Covered:

  • Labor costs (installation/removal/diagnostics)
  • Damage from improper installation (non-professional work)
  • Accident/impact/collision damage
  • Corrosion (road salt, chemicals, environment)
  • Modifications or unauthorized alterations
  • Racing/competition abuse without prior approval
  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions

Recommendations:

  1. Contact FFLOLO Tech Support for compatibility verification before modifications.
  2. Keep original parts for potential repairs.
  3. Document with before/after photos.

Examples:
❌ Not Covered: Cut pipes → stress fractures.
✅ Covered: Factory weld cracks → warranty valid.

Notes:

  • Balances manufacturer responsibility and user freedom.
  • Test fittings must show no installation marks.
